🎄 Christmas Villege of Lizemores Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony 🎄
Presented by the Christmas Village of Lizemore, West Virginia
Friday, December 4, 2026 | Festivities Begin at 6:00 PM
Location: Former Lizemore Elementary School
100 Lizemore Lions Road, Lizemores, WV 25125
Join us for a magical evening as the Christmas Village of Lizemores proudly presents its First Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony! Bring your family, invite your friends, and help us kick off the Christmas season with an evening filled with holiday cheer, community spirit, and Christmas magic.
Our busy Christmas elves are preparing a festive celebration for children and families throughout Clay County and the surrounding communities. Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers and the generosity of our community supporters, Santa Claus will make a special entrance at the former Lizemore Elementary School aboard a holly, jolly fire truck!
Festivities begin at 6:00 PM, with activities and holiday fun for the whole family, including:
- Christmas Crafts: Enjoy make-and-take holiday crafts provided by local businesses.
- Secret Santa Workshop: Discover a little Christmas magic through a special holiday activity coordinated by a local business.
- Santa’s Mailbox: Children can send their Christmas wishes directly to Santa Claus!
- A Special Visit from Santa: Welcome Santa as he arrives to celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season with our community.
- The Official Christmas Tree Lighting: Gather together at 7:00 PM as Santa Claus and local dignitaries lead the lighting of our Christmas tree, filling the evening with the beauty and excitement of the holidays.
This special evening is about more than lighting a tree. It is about bringing neighbors together, creating cherished family traditions, celebrating the generosity of our community, and making wonderful Christmas memories for children and families.
Mark your calendars, bundle up, and join us as we begin a new holiday tradition in Lizemore!
✨ One community. One Christmas tree. A whole lot of Christmas magic! ✨
We look forward to celebrating with you at the Christmas Village of Lizemore! 🎅🎄
