PURPOSE

Christmas Village of Lizemore is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and community-benefit purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and any corresponding provisions of future federal tax law.

Christmas Village of Lizemore operates as a program under its parent organization, Urgent Care Emergency Meal Support (Urgent Care EMS), a nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, with Employer Identification Number (EIN) 92-3412191. All activities conducted by Christmas Village of Lizemore are carried out under the oversight and charitable mission of its parent organization and are intended to further its exempt charitable, educational, and community-benefit purposes.

The organization is established to create, develop, support, and provide community-based programs, activities, events, and resources that promote the well-being, education, dignity, and quality of life of children, families, individuals, and the broader community.
