Be Part of the Village!
Christmas Village of Lizemores welcomes local businesses, nonprofit organizations, community groups, artisans, crafters, vendors, and other organizations to become part of our holiday celebration.
Our Exhibitor Program provides an opportunity to showcase your organization, share what you do, connect with families and visitors, and become part of a community Christmas experience designed to bring people together from Lizemores, Clay County, and communities throughout West Virginia.
Whether you are looking to promote your business, display handmade products, introduce your organization to the community, provide information about your services, or simply share in the holiday spirit, we invite you to apply for a space at Christmas Village of Lizemores.
Because exhibitor space is limited, all interested participants must complete and submit an Exhibitor Application. Applications are reviewed individually to help ensure a diverse and enjoyable experience for our guests and to make the best use of the available space.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or placement as an exhibitor. Applicants will be contacted by email regarding the status of their application and, if approved, will receive additional information about setup, event guidelines, space assignments, and participation requirements.

Please review the following guidelines
Christmas Village of Lizemores receives a large number of requests for community donations and charitable support throughout the year. To help us responsibly manage our resources and respond to requests as fairly as possible, the following guidelines apply to all donation requests.
Eligibility Requirements
- Requests must be submitted by a registered nonprofit organization.
- The event, fundraiser, program, or initiative should directly support children, families, individuals in need, or the local community.
- Donation requests must be received at least 30 days before the date of the event or program. Requests submitted less than 30 days in advance may not be considered.
- Each organization may submit one donation request per calendar year.
Request Review & Notification
Every request is reviewed individually based on available resources, the purpose of the event or program, and its potential community impact. Because the number of donations we can provide each month is limited, submission of a request does not guarantee that a donation will be approved.
Organizations whose requests are approved will receive notification by email. Depending on the type of donation, items may be mailed directly to the organization or made available for pickup at an agreed-upon time and location.
